Real Coffee
Last night was the Advent carol service at Holy Trinity Huddersfield. It is good to be able to focus on the coming of Christ, not just at Christmas, but also his coming again at the end of the age. There are some good ones, from the ancient
O Come, O Come Emanuel, through Wesley's
Lo, He comes with clouds descending to Kendrick's
Make way.
This was followed by seasonal refreshments and real coffee. Not the instant stuff that we have had up to last Sunday. The old water heater was nowhere to be seen, I am now waiting for Sunday to see if real coffee is here to stay.
