2012 Project365 (Day 313)

I feel pretty lousy today. I have a streaming cold and it is making me feel very tired and lethargic. I decided I couldn't face work today, and I am trying to be a bit careful as I really want to complete my final few weeks at work before I go on maternity leave. We did manage to pop up to the house to take a look at progress. We are getting there slowly but surely and our builder has has widened the hole in the fireplace to take a stove. We were originally going to have an open fire but discovered the flue was only 5" big and not suitable for an open fire. However, our builder was bashing a bit out of the back of the fireplace to make it deeper when the flue accidentally.... er.... fell out. So we no longer have a flue! Oh well... we are sticking with the wood-burning stove because I think they look lovely!
