When asked what my photo of the day should be Dad suggested that I took a picture of this three tiered planter that is planted with begonias. It really is very beautiful and I think it is Dad's favourite at the moment.
His garden has won a few prizes this year, but the veggie patch hasn't done so well. The potatoes did great, as did the carrots but the tomatoes got blight and the beans have been disappointing. You win some and you lose some I guess!
