I know this was a boring photo but it was such a delicious chicken curry that I made for tea tonight! Mum and Dad were out for dinner and as Dad is such a philistine about food the only time we get to eat 'foreign muck' is when he isn't here (although he is happy to eat pasta!)
It was yum, although it could do with something green on the plate! Next time I make it I need to tweak it a bit to make it Slimming World friendly and just use spray oil to cook the onions rather than butter!
