2012 Project365 (Day 219)

I almost forgot to do a photo today. I have had a really busy day at work, and I am tired but I did manage to rustle up a quick Guernsey Buttermilk Cake. It is one of my favourite cakes and is truly delicious. This cake will either be considered prize-winning enough to be entered in the North Show, or tomorrow's attempt will be even better and I will take this one camping next week. Either way it will have to go into the freezer for a bit.
