For a small island there are quite a lot of overseas workers from places like Portugal and Madeira, Latvia, Poland and other Eastern European countries, who come here to do lots of jobs such as labouring, driving, hotel and manual jobs. Basically all the jobs that our bone-idle unemployed young people won't do. And, the overseas workers work their backsides off, doing as many hours as possible to send cash home to their families. I had heard rumours that this sign existed in a warehouse. Today I found the proof. It still amuses me and I am still amazed this outrageous sign actually exists!
