I woke up today feeling quite ropey, headache, sore throat etc. Typical. I am off on holiday soon. Anyway, I managed to drag myself out for a swim and then I went with 3 of my friends to the organic market and then onto Kaleidoscope Festival. We had a lovely time wandering about and seeing one of our friends who was on one of the stalls. I have to admit though, it was quite a random trip out. One of the guys I was with, Neil, comes out with some classic comments every now and then. The Kaleidoscope Festival is a multi-cultural festival, but Neil thought it was about bits of mirrors that make pretty patterns. I could forgive him, except for the fact that the event has been running for several years and all the posters that are around the place make it pretty clear what it is about. Every now and then Neil comes out with comments and the rest of us just look at him with despair. Even worse (or better depending on how you are looking at it!), he is a teacher... I just hope he is less vague at school!! Bless him.
