Well after going for a gym induction on Tuesday, and then being off sick with a tummy bug for two days, I finally made it to the gym today. I can't say I loved it, but it was better than I expected and at least I can watch TV whilst I am exercising! One thing I noticed though, no-one makes eye-contact or talks to each other. It is worse than being on the London Underground. How funny!!
