We have had a really nice day so far. We all went to the little church near to us for the internment at 10.15am this morning. The sun was shining but it was bitterly cold but we gathered as a family and friends and lay Grandma to rest with our lovely Grandpa. Afterwards we went to the church that she used to go to for a short service of thanksgiving for her life which was lovely and then we had tea, coffee and cake afterwards. One thing I can say for sure is that my family certainly know how to do cake... there was loads of choose from and it was all delicious!

Yesterday I spent a long time gathering photos from the family and then scanning them and printing them out and putting them together in a collage. I really wanted to have something for people to look at and remember all the good things we did together and how wonderful Gran Nora was. So here are some of my favourites...
