Well - back into my usual routine - working in a school in the mornings (with a very diifficult pupil - not sure I'm enjoying it really), then back for lunch and a dose of my light box. this me and of course that I HAVE to sit in front of the computer as that is where my light box is so I'm not really timewasting! I've got the first 5 of my "marketing" letters posted though!
In other news I have had indigestion and stomach ache all morning - that'll serve me right for eating KFC last night.
