It's over a week since I last blogged. I wonder how that happened? Actually I've had quitea busy week. I finished all my "marketing" letters on Monday (not that I've had any positive responses from it yet) and went to IKEA to buy a cupboard to put all my new "self employed" paperwork in, including all my tuition books and worksheets. Then of course it took me another 4 hours (and two blood blisters) to assemble the cupboard. All the extra time spent on this has meant that the housework hasn't got done so much - and so it goes on.
I also spent a couple of hours down at church working (mainly picking up litter and raking leaves from the grounds). I can't afford a tithe or anything at the moment so it occurred to me that as I am only partly employed I could donate a bit of my time instead. I really enjoyed it to be honest (and I wasn't sure I was going to). I felt as though I'd had real work out physically and I could see some fairly instant results to my efforts, though there are rather a lot of leaves left! Hmm - might have to do some more next week.
I'm just off now to have tea with a friend so will have to love you and leave you for present!
