I know I've not blogged for ages but I'm having a really difficult week this week. Suddenly after a long time of things being much better I've been really hit with anxiety this week, just ricocheting from one anxiety to the next. It's very upsetting and also very frustrating particularly when things have been so much better. Any prayers that anyone could spare would be much appreciated.
