Well - I'm sorry that there's not to been much news from me recently. Actually right now I could really do with your prayers - if you pray that is. I'm having a very tough time just over the last day or two, with anxiety and fear and stuff. I 'm trying very hard to distract myself now and not "go there" but it's hard. Not to bad if I keep myself busy but really hard when I go to bed.
